Please note that we are only required to respond to each customer once per calendar year.

4. The Information We Gather

My Princess Academy gathers two types of information about users:

4.1. Non-Personal Information
When users come to the Site, we collect and aggregate Non-Personal Information indicating, among other things, which pages of the Site were visited, the order in which they were visited and which hyperlinks were "clicked." Collecting such information involves the logging of the IP addresses, operating system and browser software used by each user to the Site. In order to upgrade your account and enter special codes to access certain parts of the website and to make purchases in our online store, we will require you to create an account with us. During this process, you will need to provide us with Personally Identifiable Information that may include, but may not be limited to, your first and last name, date of birth, mailing address, e-mail address, telephone number and password. In addition, if you are a parent creating an account for a child you will need to pick a Nickname for your child to use and your child's password. The MyPrincessAcademycom website does not condition a child's participation in an online activity on the child providing more personal information than is reasonably necessary for that activity.

We may also request a nickname and email address when a user submits a form through the "Contact Us" portion of the MyPrincessAcademy.com website so that we may respond to the inquiry.
Making Purchases. When purchasing products or services through the Site, users are required to provide My Princess Academy with Personally Identifiable Information that may include, but may not be limited to, your first and last name, date of birth, mailing address, e-mail address, telephone number, credit card number and expiration date. My Princess Academy uses this Personally Identifiable Information to process the order, send the product and/or provide the service. If the purchase is a gift, we may also collect information about the recipient, such as name and mailing address.

Disclosure to My Princess Academy Operations and Maintenance Contractors. My Princess Academy requires children under 13 to provide a parent's valid email address in order to access the upgrade features of the website. We use this information to send the parent a message that can be used to activate the My Princess Academy account, and to notify the parent about My Princess Academy's privacy practices, to send you communications either about your account with us or about features of our Web site, and for the other purposes described in this Privacy Policy. This email address is correlated with the account user name.

My Princess Academy requests that children consult with their parents before sending information to the Site. We encourage parents to monitor their children's online activities, and to help us protect their privacy by instructing them never use their full name as their Nickname or provide any other personal information without their parent's permission.
