Retailers - How to place a wholesale order

The following terms and promotions are in effect.

Terms & Conditions of Sale:

• The minimum order for My Princess Academy product is $150.00 per shipping location.
• Any order over $150.00 can receive net 30 terms pending credit approval. Any order under $150 must be paid for by a credit card. All cards accepted.

Claims and Returns:

Upon receipt of shipment, if anything is missing or damaged, you must hold the packing material and carton until the freight claim is settled. Claims for concealed damage must be made to the freight carrier within 48 hours of delivery. Concealed shortages must be reported within 14 days of delivery. No claims for concealed shortages and/ or damages will be allowed unless reported to our office within 14 days of delivery. If your order was shipped by UPS, Fed Ex or truck, please notify their local office. If shipped Parcel Post, please notify your local office.

MERCHANDISE CANNOT BE RETURNED UNLESS OUR OFFICE HAS GRANTED AUTHORIZATION. Please call 1-800-251-2522 or email customer service for authorization at customerservice@almarsales.com.

• Custom products are non-returnable.

Promotions:

• Any order over $500.00 will receive free freight.
• Contact your sales representative for other promotions that may apply.
• Order must be for one shipping location.
• Not valid with any other discounts or promotions.
• Free Freight applies to 48 contiguous states

Terms of Sale:

• Net terms are subject to credit approval and account must be current.
• All past due invoices are subject to a 1.5% late charge per month.
• Net terms may be revoked due to payment delinquency.
• Pricing and Promotions are subject to change without notice.
